Alan LaRose. Owner, Sales Manager, and Business Development. Alan purchased the company in 2008 from Carroll Concrete with Joe Wallace and is currently the sole owner. Alan has extensive experience in construction management as well as sales and has been an entrepreneur most of his life successfully growing 3 small businesses including New England Laser & Transit. |

Gus LaRose. Support and Technician. Gus is the 2nd son of owner Alan and is an electrician’s mate with the U.S. Coast Guard. Gus left active duty after 4 years and transferred to reserves allowing him to join the family business in 2022. His experience as an electrician’s mate has prepared him to fit in perfectly with this business and the rest of the team. |

Jon LaRose. Jon is Alan's oldest son and was a repair technician for over a decade. Jon trained and worked part time for over a year before coming on board full time in the fall of 2021. Jon handles sales and support of survey equipment and specializes with 2D and 3D machine control systems. His experience and thorough work ethics mesh perfectly with the rest of the team. |

Alden Merritt. Chief Technician. Alden is the son-in-law of owner Alan and has been with New England Laser since 2019, replacing Joe Wallace, the former owner and chief technician of the company. Alden is a certified technician and has a keen ability to diagnose and repair laser and survey equipment making him a very valuable member of the team. |
