The GL3000PMC Wing Plow Laser is a snowplow guidance device that helps increase plow efficiency, reduces driver stress, and greatly reduces the damage from plow strikes. Drivers no longer have to guess where the edge of the wing is because the green laser dot will tell them in advance. The wing plow laser is a major advance in an industry that has changed little in decades.
The system operates by projecting a green laser guidance dot on the road where the far edge of the plow will go. When the green dot touches an object, such as a curb, signpost or mailbox, it indicates immediately to the driver that a course correction is needed. The driver then has several seconds to adjust the plow course before the plow blade reaches the object.

The GL3000PMC can also be used for any vehicle requiring line control including paint stripers, asphalt distributors and pavement profilers. The laser establishes a reference line ahead of the machine in the driver’s normal field of view, reducing or eliminating pre-marking and over-spray of material, while increasing safety and machine maneuverability.

Installation of the GL3000PMC Wing Plow Laser is a simple as bolt on, plug in, calibrate & go. With several mounting options the laser emitter clamps on to the cab near the top of the windshield. The laser uses vehicle power, and has a heated & self-cleaning emitter window to keep the beam working in the worst snowstorm. Installation and calibration can both be done with simple hand tools.
